Uhh...yes it does.

You're talking about getting detailed analytical data down to parts per million across several hundred feet of rock core.

That doesn't happen over night I can assure you, especially when you're doing it with igneous ROCK.

Getting lab samples back for 35 feet of soil data isn't that big of a project, nor is analyzing a few water samples.

This is a completely...COMPLETELY...different ballgame.
