I thought they already put out a pr stating they weren't going overseas yet because they can't afford it. Isn't Sierra Leone overseas?

They attended a meeting with govt. officials from Sierra Leonne on Nov. 28 and presented their technology, but this took place in Ohio, where a lot of ex-patriots (the diaspora) of Sierra Leonne were brought up to date on what the govt. was doing for the country, with a call to help them by returning or investing in the country.

PURIO was there to present their technology...the fact that they were there as a part of a reclamation project was very encouraging...they were already part of the plan, it seems, but that's not a given at this point until the information is public domain.
