Who got the 2 billion shares? Financiers MUST report their holdings if over 5%! I believe this would of certainly fell well within that rule!! The conversion price was .01 per share. That is well noted also!! Something ain't adding up right now regarding the dilution claim! You don't loan money at .01 per share, get those shares and sell them at .003-.007 right after getting them!! As I said before, using the word diluton is just too simple!! There is something more here!!
