Thanks for your opinion and I am sure that readers of the board will note that opinion along with others that have been posted. I also highly recommend that anyone looking to invest in any pinksheet company always do as much research as they need to prior to their investment.

As well as your opinion, I recommend that any investor looking to buy shares of ASFX also take time to

(a) Read all public filings on Pinksheets.com
(b) Read all Public press releases
(c) Contact Investor Relations
(d) Contact anyone else you feel can give you reasonable advice


These three things, along with any other information that is made freely available should allow as right of a decision that can be made, to be made.

I'm not sure how to word this, but it seems to me that all you were after was peace of mind. Now you have it. Congratulations. Now, if you're trying to save us from this "sham", you've got to do something about a credibility issue: yours. Since you've stated that your opinion is "based upon information freely gathered via the internet", how about putting together a post with all the relevant links supporting your point of view? ... perhaps it will save some soul from this group of conartists.

Cough it up clean and clear if you want to be taken seriously....if not, stop talking about it and making such insinuations to scare or create doubt, and wait for the official public filings to scrutinize things then.

I think we know the answer now... you are working for a short? At what price do you get the bonus money?... or do you have to get it to zero? Never happen if so...

It's interesting you didn't say that from the start which you would have if you were really trying to be "helpful" as you said you were trying to be ..I guess that didn't fit your agenda.
