Maybe they had been in negotiations and didn't know how to handle it appropriately until they saw they couldn't work with the people. Maybe the deal was contigent on something else that was impossible to determine was not in place until now.

No matter what the reason, I see the breakdown or lack of a deal with HWBI as a major positive.

Absolutely Not. Sarissa is saying that they have not Signed any agreements To Date, but they are still receiving and evaluating proposals.
First, if they are still talking to HWBI about this JV, why would they file lawsuits about it. That is a Last Resort and not a first step towards clarifying this further.
Sarissa has already made it clear to those of us who have bothered to inquire that this was not a joint release and they would have prefered that it had been.
My understanding is that they are in fact still persuing this and will update us again when appropriate to do so.
Sarissa involvement here is to be in Geological & Mining expertise and I certainly would not want them to shut the door on any lucrative deal they could get just because of a poorly timed PR.

Sarissa is still acting responsibly and keeping us informed of every step they take towards compliance and other issues.
They are continuing the Drilling Program as they can, weather permitting and have made it clear they are persuing all viable options for JV or Mining and will keep us informed of their progress.

IMO, SRSR is doing everything right to be successful and keep it's shareholders informed.

Cheers All,
