I have told you more than once.
Why would any broker need to warn investors about a stock which may be being manipulated, or a scam, when there are multitudes of persons outside the brokerage houses more than willing to sound the alarm.
The brokers don't care about warning investors they just don't want to be sued.
Sounding the alarm is not the point. Clearly there are numerous people here who think that the 'alarm' itself is reason enough to not just ignore it but to act counter to it's warning. Given that there are so many people following their own pied piper, the brokerages need to protect themselves. They are not interested in protecting the investors, they are just looking out for themselves.
