It's not misleading at all. If they're going to make a comment on the topic at all, they have to say it how they mean it. Hemi can't sit around and 2nd guess all the possible subjective ways it may be interpreted.

I didn't have any problem understanding it when I first saw it published. I believe I got the meaning and the context without need for a thesaurus or dictionary.

I believe the statement was very succinct. The only way I could ever see it being a problem to anyone reading it, is if that reader is interjecting their own meanings between the lines.

If they took the time to qualify every statement they made, they'd end up with looooong PRs that resemble my posts on iHub.

Why put there in the first place? C'mon, lazyeye, you've been following this stock for a while, I shouldn't have to explain this.

That press release came out when people were claiming the AH were being caused by the company selling stock directly into the open market. The statement was obviously made to inform investors this was not the case.

The statement also indicated that Hemi was holding their own shares and not selling. A very valuable statement... shows they themselves believe in what they are doing and the future growth of their business.

For those who understand market terminology, it was NOT a misleading statement in any way at all. It was a factual statement and one made to inform investors.

And, for crying out loud, the next sentence indicted they issued shares so to try and say this statement was misleading and suspicious is kinda silly :-)
