AMA, I agree in large part w/ your post except where it concerns Basu. He DOES NOT have a vote on the board, as he is not a board member.The BOD is comprised of 4 people - RS DP S.Burg and Martin Biggs. Only they can cast votes.

As for forcing RS to resign, one person cannot do this alone.But I'm for it and if we get enough S/H's and creditors we may be able to convince the judge.

As for being led into a charade; I don't know why anyone would intentionally go through the considerable effort to raise 7MM to have it blow up in his and his client's faces. This part of your post doesn't make sense to me.

I seriously wonder if there isn't something bigger and planned way farther back in time by these esp Basu.. What if this is not about money. but about life and eliminating it to serve another master and some maybe one that starts with a B is in debted to those way back in his history... hmmm . interesting...
