The Trader - Thanks for the information. That helps confirm what I think is going on with NASCAR.

Poor business savy during tough economic times if you ask me.

NASCAR should put Landreth on their Board of Directors much like AERP is doing. AERP's gain of course.

Only 1 out of six lawsuits on that page was NASCAR suing someone else.

The other 5 lawsuits were brought AGAINST NASCAR.

So much for being Lawsuit happy.
