Before his "last revelation" it went up less than a single ten million... The O/S had been relatively steady around 65 million shares for a long time (post '07 flood). After that, it was published that they had used a little over 4 million shares.

That's the last we've heard.

I'm not sure how 4 million+ turns into "Tens of millions". I've never studied any kind of math that has such mysterious multipliers involved like that.

I don't do much to the iBox, but the last two PRs that contained official information about the O/S are both listed there:

4/17/08 PR: "Hemi has 64,394,000 shares of stock outstanding..."

7/22/08 PR: "Since stated number of shares outstanding in the April 17th press release, there were a little more than three million shares issued that are restricted and a little over one million shares were issued free-trading in total."

I look at it this way. KA has gone out of his way to state multiple times in pr's that hmgp is "debt free" and "cash flow positive" and "knows nothing about the t trades", with the clear intent to lead potential investors to believe that additional shares are NOT being issued except for perhaps rare acquisition purposes. There have been no statements of acquisitions requiring shares, so the os should not have changed, especially with all that cash they got from selling off that lease a couple of months ago. If the OS has increased (especially if it is several million shares) the next time it is made public, KA will lose ALL credibility with most of the remaining shareholders, and that will cause his atm to dry up, and the business will shut down. He won't let that happen. HE will never reveal the os until he absolutely has to do so. My offer is still out there... prove me wrong and I'll leave this board forever.....
