I will be just as ready as anyone to see them, but it does not stress me out that it hasn't appeared yet. It takes a lot of time to get one done in the legal and proper way. Right now, they are so focused on what is going on in Kansas, I can wait. I do believe one should be out by the middle of this year. That is my expectation. IMO.
