Your questions and attempts at gathering info have merit, and the vast majority of them should be answered in filings with the sec, but I'm not inclined to pursue that at this time because the vast majority of your concerns should be addressed in the form 10, which we have very good reason to believe will be filed shortly. If the disclosure of the ceo's share holdings is not included in the form 10, there should be a form 3 or 4 filed by all of the officers and board stating their holdings. Why not just wait a few days and have it all laid out in an official legal document that we know is accurate? If the form 10 doesn't answer certain valid concerns, then I'll gladly jump in and dig for answers as well, but for now I find your questions more of an annoyance, and they remind me of some who can't accept the fact that sometimes the answer is "no" or "not at this time". How about you refrain from repeatedly asking for things that should be in the filing until we see if they're there? In the mean time, if you find something that is not likely to be in the filings, bring it on.
