g/m blue, this little xchange and the post that prompted it (look up one that started it) tells me that NITE may have gotten sucked in on what they perceived to be a death spiral....lol....and whether by a stroke of luck or a stroke of genius, CMKX is climbing out (hence the consternation of many a iHub posters)

Ya think Urbie should have taken that into account before he issued all that stock?
That is one way they advertise .. by their share price so they avoid being tagged as a P O S.

If you're applying that to CMKX...
If you consider your stock your life blood and take some pride in it you try to keep a respectable price to limit the dilutionary effects of all future financings.
Then why did Urbie issue what was at that time an absolutely amazing 7 billion shares shortly after he took control of CMKI?
I hear, by the way, that that was one of the reasons GEMM called the merger off. Just the buzz, of course.
