They have to pay all that are DECLARED but not paid. At this point, there are no declared but not paid ones. The chap 11 rules say they can forgo declarations until exit. A declaration will appear on the DAILY LIST. Once posted there they must be paid sooner or later. At present expectations and schedules they are expected to exit BK in 15-21 months from now. May be sooner if all goes well. WAMPQ is one of those on the FAST TRACK that may come out way way sooner than normal. But normal BK is 18-24 months long.
