That's mostly right if you just believe. But, they did their best to not appear as just that. A Nevada incorporated pinkie scam. They even released financials to appear legit but if you have a look at it you have to say that those scanned documents are born in a boilerrom. It seems you look at it without emotions, then, do something for your entertainment and have a look at it. They released a PR in which they talked about patents and trademarks. You won't find it. All you will find in the history is a never ending list of broken promises, missed deadlines and lies and about 8.5 billion (billion!) dumped shares from both companies.
Sometimes you have to name it like it is.
