Hep, how many possible and current investors are now looking at this latest filing and closing the book for now on getting in...There is no excuse for leaving this situation unexplained...3 days to say "NO"....WTH....We had the juice beginning to flow!!!! Then they screwed with the shares, right before uplist, but HOPEFULLY left it half way done....

God help us if this is accurate....

100mil added, possible 200mil in the future for debt????

I have an idea what could/should have been done but OMG the way this is now my guess is unsupported....

I have nothing to tell me this is good....I want to believe it is but I have nothing.....
