Barons was acquired by the shell sold to Galo, so Barons could, in my opinion, eventually be spun off to become a separate, publicly traded company. When I called and asked if BIH Corporation owned Barons, the employee said that Mr. Ingala had informed him months ago, that Barons was acquired by Prime Restaurants . Prime Restaurants, PRSU, is now BIH Corporation BIHC, which very likely stands for Barons International Holding Corporation.

when something is disproved so thoroughly, why is it allowed to continue to clutter the board?

As you can see by this link BIHC is union all the way.
