I see this, however there was no link attached to this. I did a yahoo and google search and was unable to find anything on this. Also, it is very vague as far as who the case was really against. It seems to me that it was against brooke corp, BXXXQ, and not this company ARTA. Although this is a subsidary, they are not one in the same.

My guess from the sound of it is that it was agaist the parent company BXXXQ, and not us, but until I am able to find a link and confirm it is just hearsay right now. Not to mention that 390K isnt really much IMO.

I can also say that from the original article that the case was pending:
