DM the thing is no one says they do or did not know Ed Hayter. Galo replaced him and took over the company. So of course they know the guy. The point is he no longer for years has anything to do with new company BIHC and Baron. He never did with Baron. Ingala owned that. He still is head of that corp a subsidiary of BIHC. Sounded like happy employee with Baron doing well to me.
Ingala is even quoted in Apr 08 PR saying he sold to BIHC last April. When you buy a company like they did Baron of course you contract the former owner to stick around to run it.
It's clear Baron is what make BIHC money as well. Be happy last year Galo was able to have BIHC buy them. That is what made 08 a very good year for shareholders from 07 who got last stock div.
That is what will do well for us when we get next cash and stock div this year. Baron is doing well and we will see him now file results to show us. IMO in Q1 since 08 just ended.
