A billion shares at an average of .0005 looks like a half million dollars to me. (At least a billion, probably more, and the .0005 is probably a little low if you want to go back and average for two years.)
More than enough for a couple years salary for a few guys that aren't doing anything to earn it anyway.
Conservatively $80K a year each for the three principles. All of who have other sources of income doesn't seem like a bad deal to me.
