I think the problem is much bigger than they are admitting to us and that is why the banks are not lending they don't have it to lend. If BofA needed a 300billion backstop....they are one of the bigger banks but I imagine that many banks are in the same boat lesser or greater dollar amounts depending on their size. That is why Paulsen wanted no oversight because no one wants it to get out how really bad things are.
I never like playing the virtual monopoly game to support the virtual lifestyle, also I never like to spend more than I make or make more than I spend.
