Just remove the posts that violate the TOU.

It's not your "job" to keep the board "civil".

If you are a moderator you can make an open post reminding users that they need to be civil and ensure their posts comply with iHub's rules of conduct.

Where moderators usually go wrong is by addressing it to a specific user, or adding in criteria that is outside of the moderators' purview, or threatening action that is outside their purview.
