I think NSS is a red herring here.....no sane person shorts a penny unless they are looking for chap 11....too much risk

print: You posted these same #'s three days ago. IB actually has 4.8M shares of SPNG to short at this moment. You can short pennies at IB, however the margin requirements/fees are steeper than regular stocks since SPNG falls on their "special margin" list (as do other low PPS penny stocks they have available to short).
