Very good post emperor, I think most people understand that credit is tight at the moment and it might be affecting Welwind's plans.

However on Dec 1 2008 we got the "Welwind Announces Final Approval for Zhanjiang Wind Farm PPA From
Local Government" pr, since then we've been waiting for "The details of the PPA will be formally announced within the next few weeks with terms, conditions and pricing". Those details would certainly keep many Welwinders happy, imo.
