Go-Gold, i trust Gene now as i have spoken and know people who have spoken to very close 3rd party sources of RCCIWS and Gene.

RCCIWS and Claude Smith have a great reputation for hard work.

RCCIWS has EPA/EPV approvals for their SBR6000 system. Claude has worked hard and long getting IWS where it is now.

Gene has worked hard getting RCCIWS more exposure and are a great team.

Claude’s experience traverses many businesses, progressing to his current major effort in wastewater treatment.

After earning his B.S. Degree in Math from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, New York, and receiving his MBA from the University of Kentucky, Lexington, Claude began his career working in IBM, New York City as a computer programmer and systems analyst in the 1970’s.

Following this, he moved to computer sales in IBM’s New York City financial district, and subsequently accepted employment at Citibank in New York. At Citibank, he held various jobs including Director of International Communications, and ended with a 3-year tour of duty in London as Vice President of Operations for one of Citibank’s largest international retail banking facilities.

On his return to the U.S., he found entrepreneurial activities to be attractive and formed his own telecommunications company partnering with staff from the New York Stock Exchange. From there, the company expanded to servicing banks and financial institutions across the country and business grew in both New York and California. Customers included Master Card, First Interstate Bank, Citibank, Chase, and other smaller banks.

When interstate banking replaced many consulting firms in California in 1991, he moved to Las Vegas and began his career in helping high-potential, technology-driven businesses turn around, moving them from losing or break-even positions to significant and profitable operations. In these efforts to date, he became a partner in and helped create the largest graphics firm in the Casino Gaming Industry, was partners in and helped create the Casino industry’s largest website services company, and is now partners in a wastewater treatment company, headed for national expansion.

Claude is married and has 3 children. He serves on various Boards in business advisory positions.

For more than 10 years, Raymond Y. Chin, who is both fluent in Chinese & English has been working in the field of marketing, acquisitions and mergers to overseas companies in the U.S. and Asia, bridging the gap between multinational firms and breaking down the barriers between the U.S. and China. Graduated at Drexel University in Philadelphia PA where he has a degree in Marketing & Economics, Raymond understands both cultures very well since he has came to the U.S. when he was ten. Mr. Chin uses his advantages to clients and partners who are seeking opportunities and solutions. Raymond saw many opportunities in import and export businesses in the mid 1990’s where he began shipping high value automobiles from the U.S. to Hong Kong and China where he established many US multi-national firms overseas. One of the most recent projects of which Mr. Chin closes was the one of Hong Kong ports with one of the largest Hotel & Casino in Macau. The $50M renovation project is to run fleets to the Macau with focus on tourism & gambling beginning of June of 2006.

Arnie Adamsen

Former City Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem for Las Vegas for 10 years with responsibility for wastewater treatment during that tenure. Currently working in the Real Estate Business in Las Vegas. Helping develop the governmental marketing strategy and implementation for IWS

Dave Campbell

Currently owns his own financial services consulting firm, working for top 50 type banks. Formerly VP/Electronics Funds Transfer at Security Pacific Bank. Dave provides financial expertise in dealing with various financial issues which arise with developers and the project development cycle.

Jerry Cinq-Mars

Over 30 years experience in the wastewater treatment business, specializing in large-scale treatment systems. Jerry is a P.E., and will add to the RCC/IWS small and medium systems development giving RCC/IWS the unique combination of large and small technology wastewater expertise in the same company. Jerry has a B.S. in Chemistry/Biochemistry from SUNY ESF at Syracuse and an MS in Chemical Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo.

Vic Koshuta

Currently Superintendent of the Cascade School District in Cascade, Idaho. Former Superintendent of Schools for Garden Valley High School. Garden Valley, Idaho. Vic provides hands-on business consulting for non-subdivision wastewater treatment expertise, for schools, churches, hotels and non-subdivision entities.

Bill Parrish

Bill comes from 30 years of experience in selling advanced systems instrumentation into the wastewater treatment market. Bill will advise on sales strategies, companies, sales partners, and individuals who will help in building the future sales for RCC/IWS. Initial impact is expected in the Southeastern corridor, where Bill's name and reputation are well known, but his contacts throughout the U.S. are also expected to have significant impact.


Key Staff/Consultants

Chad Weaver

Chad is in charge of the Automation Systems area. In this position, his function covers several areas. He is responsible for keeping live the Control Systems at each site and consolidating reporting information from each site into a single reporting database. Chad is developing the new IWS web browser based interface to the current dial-up based system and is leading the development of the new IWS website. In addition, Chad is responsible for our thrust into reporting systems automation especially as it relates to the State governmental reporting. He is developing land application reporting automation that hopefully allows the detailed government requirements to be automated to the extent possible, creating lower costs to our customers for maintenance and reporting. Chad graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from Montana Sate University.

Mark Van Orden

For many years, Mark has provided operations management for selected companies within Cape France Enterprises. In that position, Mark has a trained staff to fulfill installation, trouble shooting and diagnostic capability. Those responsibilities and will continue to provide that necessary emergency backup that the company requires from time to time. Mark leads the installation team.

Lew Burton

Lew owns his own Civil Engineering firm called Gateway Engineering, and has overseen the engineering for the majority of the IWS installations. Lew has experience in working for two state governments, and his firm has grown and developed in Montana and Idaho over the last several years. Lew is responsible for IWS’ governmental submissions, and provides easy Civil Engineering licensing capability to any states IWS able to proceed in. Lew had a degree in Civil engineering from the University of Idaho.

Donna Landy-Smith

Donna provides financial support, proposal preparation and general spreadsheet work required for all aspects of the IWS business. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Loyola, Marymount.
