There is a phone number for John on the SGC website. Perhaps you should call him and bring forth your concerns. Maybe he can give you some answers? Might be worth a try...you sound very upset.

Statistically speaking, there is a chance you could be right.

Statistically speaking, I could win the lottery too.

I appreciate how one can exagerate the case when trying to make a point, but come on!

"....Nothing they promised in the last 8 to 10 months became true,...."

That might be a teeny weeny (Exageration). Best regards.

Emergcy, try to call John, he is more accessible than Doug. It perhaps won't cost you more than 5 euros, but you'll feel better for sure.

One thing you should consider Emergcy is that any litigation the company must defend takes away resources and energies that could be spent on developing our concessions and actually getting gold out of the ground.

In a legal battle, CEO's do not use their own money, they use the companies.

In our case if there isn't enough money to defend themselves they would have to dilute more shares to raise those finances.

Additional dilution required to defend themselves from you will further multiply your losses. It will not recapture any.

IMHO your best chance at recapturing losses is for management to start generating multiple Revenue Streams.

The last update makes that a clear possability so it stands to reason we should give them some more time.

If we do not hear extraction results again shortly there is probably reason to be concerned.

Like I said to you before, call john!! Because written responses are binding you are less likely to get the kind of information you are inquiring about. John has responded to about 50% of my emails, 100% of my phone calls. Doug has responded to 20% of my emails (which happened to ones not pertaining to future company developments), I have not tried to call Doug.

If you can afford to acquire 12 million shares you can afford a 30 min phone call.
