It has been a sham company for five years. Since the day it laid off it's research staff and replaced it's CEO with someone who knew how to manipulate a stock scam.
It is, as we very well know, a company that is struggling with financing issues.
WE don't know any such thing. It is a scam company run by liars and cheats. The only financing issues they have is deciding how much of the money they get from the printing press they need to devote to the facade. Every penny spent in that manner comes out of their personal share. Obviously they don't 'waste' much there.
In my opinion, DNAPrint Genomics well deserves to succeed.
Great. Please buy up the rest of the AS so we can get on to the next phase. We are all on pins and needles waiting to see if it will be a RS, a BK an acquisition by another scam company or what? Can't wait to see.
