Emergency, I share your frustration but threatening litigation won't help get gold out of the ground. We have to allow the company's officers to do their jobs. We are in our first month of production so we have to wait and see what the numbers are. Remember, you don't have all the information available...the officers do. You have to trust the leadership and assume they have a lot more to lose than any of us. My course of action will be to watch the numbers during this mining season and then decide if I want to remain an investor in SGC. I know you are frustrated but it is possible that good numbers start coming in and the PPS rises. Hang in there.

I think there is reason to be concerned but I don't feel drastic action is required.

I will be more concerned if we do not recieve an extraction updaate in the next couple of weeks.

Failure to do so would would be interpreted as poor results.

The company is on a balance point IMHO things can get better significantly or much, much worse.

REvenues and Progress are the only things that will take us upward and if they are happening it would be negligent for the company to keep that from shareholders.

Silence and lengthy silent periods will undoubtably drive us lower in short order IMHO.

I hope they have finally learned that lesson.
