I am thinking, an external jacket on each with a connected transfer medium would both insulate the cyclone and be about the only way to economically accomplish it..

It would seem there is not a very good transfer rate off of the outside of the chamber though. I would think that the transfer rate of the skin of the cyclone would be better simply because it would be mfg of a thinner material?
