Hopefully some of the carries (cable companies) that MG3 will be working with will benefit from the $41B. Our JV partners are gov. owned organizations, maybe that will help. According to the article China Mobile does not have a great G3 technology, or at least not as good as it's large competitors.

Im finding that MediaG3 execs have been involved in this large rural project for 4 or 5 years.
