The reference is that Barons has at least several subcontractors working for them on their big contracts like the one with TAAK. That is why they were qualified to bid on the Citi Field Contract, and that is why the are qualified to get major contracts with companies like Pepsi.

That is why number of employees means nothing. Smart business today keeps employee count down and outsources or subcontracts work. That cuts down fixed overhead and payroll costs. It moves it to a cost per job. Amazing to me more don't get that.
