Alternative explanation: He's not too smart.

Also, if there is a deal or two in the works, why would they hire the guy now? This isn't a company that's going to do a lot of deals.

Perhaps it is worthy of remembering that you said the very same thing in October of 2007 when the PPS was $7.66/share.

I am a long time hoder of this stork (4+ year ) and cain't believe the people they are adding wouldn't associate with TIV unless they see something big down the road the the average investor doesn't have insight to.....
I think things are taaaking longer than they planned but are still on track..

Good luck to all. $1 could turn out to be a good place to buy , but only in hindsight would that be known for sure. Certainly every other price folks have bought (and held) TIV at has proven to be a bad deal for the buyer.
