In this miserable market of the pinks, Nev. corps., etc, I guess it is possible that when Peter converted his preferred to common(the only type of shares today...according to Nevada SOS)
and his common shares are the only ones with votes. If true, then the Nev. SOS should go to the post lashing for not providing all the revelent information to shareholders. This means to me that there are 2 classes of common shares. I suppose that is a very key question at this point. jmho
