I find that 10 Q's come in real handy right before nap time. I highly recommend them.

Thanks Baseball for Info
The reason for not having a Conference call is they don't have anything to report and would have to answer intelligent business questions that our board certainly will ask for which they can not respond.

Baseball fan, with regard to the annual meeting. The financial report for that does not come out for 75 - 90 days after the close of the quarter, so the annual meeting would have to come after the release of that information. My guess is they would have 60-90 days beyond the release of the 10K.

I stand corrected...

I recently suggested that the annual meeting would happen by May 15th. I have since been told the rules are 90 days following the FY end. That would make sense as the financials are not due out until May 15th. I guess we shouldn't look for a meeting until June. By then, our fate will certainly be sealed. I can hear the song, "Celebrate" being played as the into! Maybe we get Earth Wind and Fire to do it live?

With respect to mfg and shipping, I have recalculated my math with the assistance of others. In order to be doing 2M per month in sales, we need to have just 10,000 containers in inventory. We can turn the containers twice per month for 20,000 shipments at $100 or 2M. If we currently have 1,000 to 2,000 containers in inventory, and if we are making approximately 500 per month, we would have 6-7,000 by December. I was told by Bollinger he could very easily double this production to my estimate of 50 per day by just adding two additional employees. This would bring it to 12-14,000. It has been also suggested that they could easily add another shift, doubling this production. With that, it’s still my hope that they have to outsource to another mfg due to additional demand.

In the end, the product delivers a safer and more cost effective way to move CRO samples across the globe. Given the financial straights we are in as TigerTrader has repeatedly hammered, this would suggest to me that this product will eventually be a BIG success.

In the words of my favorite tiger, TTFN!
