Very true..many believe we are near a bottom and the lows of November will not be broken, we shall see. I do know, I am liking the mortgage rates going down. I saw a 30yr for 4.80% or so...bring er on down some more...LOL. The thing is, once things do turn, interest rates will soar. May be a year or two away, but they will go up quick when it does I bet....All speculation of course :)
