Well this morning I slept in unusually late(felt good too I might add) and just read all the different explanations for the form 4 filing of returning the shares to the treasury. Your post makes the most sense to me for an eventual jump to an exchange higher than the BB. Who knows maybe the company has some type of plan in place to make our stay on the BB a short one before moving on to a better place. I am sure that no one would mind if this were to happen.
