16 years is a long time. Why should we wait?
There are only two ways to look at a Roll-up,
AERO has decided to go the route.
A corporation "SUCH AS AERO" buys into all the "HOPEFULLY PROFITABLE" Corporations it can, and in the mean time looks at the "MOM AND POP" Facilities that are Not so Profitable. But with Good Management turned around as AERO and the combined effort of QUALITY people from Jones, the picture becomes a little clearer... When the buying is correct, Then for Gods sake buy...
Our Naysayers tell us to know when to buy and when to sell don't they?
Then by all means follow thier lead...
If I ran a Company for 40 plus years and decided another Company could keep me going for another plus 40, and I could sit at home and Play with MOM, Would I do that?
Would you?
Knowing that the Quality/Performance Levels are equal or superior to the Levels you once created as a Pioneer in the exhaust world years ago have now been Matched, Please forgive me, OUT DONE
There is No shame with David Landreth and Jones Exhaust.
They are Highly respected within the industry. Always will be.
Eyes should be open when these two hook up!
We are talking POWER HOUSE!
As A friend told me...
Tip of the ice-berg.
A roll-up normally consists of an attemp to ac-crue Market standing.
What's going to Happen when JONES, AERO, ROAD and BOAR all hook up? Sorry forgot about the next Acquisitions
Hey you figure out where this going...
JMHO

Just remember one thing... That will be my next post and it consists of the S's
S means Plural!

It is funny how many talk about the competitiveness of the muffler industry

Well there is that, but then maybe you gotta ask your self if the industry has such
promise and you're already established and growing why sell out?
