Well John, honest opinion is what you get. IMO, EDEX is DEAD,.......UNLESS....... Tom can raise capital, which is a big if!! The sale of stock won't generate enough money, and a reverse to achieve a higher stock price won't either.
What is of value, are the leases. How much are they worth? Value is in the eyes of the beholder and what he's willing to pay to acquire ALL the stock in the company. Stock swap or buy out, we're (share holders) at the mercy of whatever the decision is.
Our choice, and we have two (2)! Sell for whatever and take the tax write off,........ or sit on it and see what happens. It sure as hell can't go much lower.
