I recognize that view. There's no surf there but the diving/snorkelling is excellent. The beach looks good but thats the windward side of the island and all of the Caribeans detritious washes up on that beach. The locals are known to walk the beach in the morning looking for contriband. The San Andreas Islands (Columbia) aren't that far away and drug runners are known to dump their stuff if they are being pursued.

There are some really nice spots at the end of the photo, around the corner on the north side of the island.

So are you buying it?

You know it's amazing the penchant people have for real estate. I was on a small malarial indonesian island that has a world class left reef break, pain in the ass to get to, and yet several of the worlds surf illuminati are building houses there. I mean this place is a pit. Your chances of contracting a serious life threatening disease just by being there are excellent. After 5pm you have to be wrapped up with bug juice on all exposed parts and it's hot and humid.
I saw the same thing happen at Scorpion bay. Definitely one of the worlds best rights but extremely fickle and it takes me three days of hard driving to get there. In season it's so hot it will debilitate any one with in a short period. Now there's gringos building houses on the point. Humans are a silly species
