Imo, from Peter's perspective, he probably feels he is on the cusp of success and survival of the company, at any cost, is required for fulfilling the plan to build and sell GTM automobiles.

(I haven't seen any evidence that his plan, all along, was to just sell stock. At the end of the day for us, there hasn't been much difference so far, anyway)

I agree. It makes no sense unless he really has know idea how the market works. Why file so early before the huge release ,if it was not being implemented ?


I guess it can wash if the R/S does not go through and if it does the A/S better be reduced proportionately.

eye: Seems to me that Peter has had plenty of time to ponder the wisdom of the filing if selling shares into the run was his only agenda. Yet here we sit doing didly-squat when we should be excited and watching the pps slowly walk up.
The low to no volume might have been a hint .

He has essentially locked us in. Now here we are thinking that Peter doesnt value his investors when he has us locked in LOL. I hope to hell we have a partner ($$$) in the wings.

We can only hope that the other two that are not completed are for clients. Is the white one the company CEO daily driver or demo? Now seeing the white GTM-R as a luxery sports car, lets see what kind of BRUTE the GTM-R is capable of being.

Well perhaps I have sold the white one short but anxiously await Car and Drivers test drive and first impressions write up.

Peter had better watch he doesnt catch NEW investors in the RS as they will also be screaming bloody murder. They are the ones who will holler the loudest...
