It hard say what the new low will be....hopefully higher than two weeks ago. Also, this dip may be short lived....we shall see.

The candles have finally moved inside the upper bollie...which needed to happen. I think we have support at the 16 - 18 range, but watch to see if buyers start coming in this may be a quick dip.
