However I think we're becoming delusional when we think that SPNG/RME wants to crush the NSS MMs. They need the MMs whether they like it or now. If one of more MM (not naming names) is deliberately manipulating the price, then they should be investigated or drastic measures taken by SPNG/RME.

If this continues, SPNG will have to increase A/S to raise capital at current share price levels. This dilution will devalue all our holdings and lead to sell offs/cutting positions. Once A/S is increased it is rare or difficult to reduce it in these current times.

I don't mind SPNG releasing more stock into the float at decent PPS in order to raise capital. It is far better to release 1-2million at 0.05/share than 2-4million at 0.02!

What in the heck is an "embedded naked short"? Are you suggesting some connection with the company? Merely saying that the short position is large? Should we stay tuned for deeply embedded naked shorts?

I agreed with Wrinkles' post. IF I believe all the hype, the shorts have been cornered. Hence, the shorts have nothing to do but keep digging. Hence "committed."

At the same time, IF the shorts have been cornered, then the company has many different strategies they could take to turn the situation around. The company is sitting in the catbird seat on this, but they seem to be dragging their heals.

OK, I'll grant that the company and their advisors/lawyers know a heck of a lot more than I do. Maybe things are moving as fast as humanly possible. But at a minimum it would seem fair to demand that THE COMPANY GIVE RETAIL INVESTORS THE INFORMATION TO VERIFY THE SIZE OF THE NAKED SHORT POSITION (OR MORE SIMPLY THAT IT EXISTS). The shorts know if they exist and are cornered. Management knows this information. Furth knows this information (along with the 10Q contents, apparently).

The only ones being kept in the dark are retail investors.

I expect another bleak day price wise. I am going to hold, but I expect that management's information strategy will cause quite a few small longs to capitulate, with shares being bought up by those in the know. Management can prove me wrong by changing course on the policy of leaks to the few and vague 10s for the masses.

We are on the same side of the fence, accept I see a short term solution to end all this for all longs benefits and you are looking later this year, maybe next year. Simple release of a particular PR would make MM's start covering. This isn't rocket science, all depends upon which rumors are true I suppose. I'll say we agree to disagree although we are shooting at the same enemy, the MM's. ;-)

It was the company who released a 90 day plan to deal with NSS issue. We are past that, time for some truth, honesty and transparency, something would be nice than listening to Metters pointless ramble in radio interviews. What a joke that part is, makes me wonder what I'm doing here. Like are these people for real? They are allowing all this to take place all this time, rather amazing they let the bully keep smacking them around and stealing all our lunch money. Maybe someday they will stand up for themselves and us? I'm betting they do of course, but doesn't mean this isn't annoying playing all the games.

Don't forget, we have a big guy involved now, lol. More hints, more games, thanks to the company playing more games. We sit and we play, or we fold, whatever. 5 more people call and they'll get 5 more diff answers, but they are all good buddies with whoever they spoke with. This is beyond commical at this point, like the Keystone Cops around here, lmao.
