A reverse split is nothing but legalized theft. Of course, many pinks operate like that and many are outright scams. Too bad about this one--seems to me they had some promising properties with some potential.

If this is a scam, it's a badly run caper. They never bothered to let this have a real run-up. All the pumpers (probably paid in shares) that were here could barely talk it up to a cent. They all eagerly dumped while the company dumped and the company will keep dumping until the RS, after which they'll then start dumping anew to get all the water completely out of the rock.

C'mon, 'management.' Prove me wrong.

There are some places one could try poking around a bit to see if there is a lot of substance to the effort up there.

Gold mining firms are notoriously secretive, so it will take a low-key but persistent effort to dig up anything of value as news about TNRI.
