howdy gary. yeah friday volume will go down as one of the lowest volume days ever. don't even want to know the dollar value. maybe it's the lull before the big storm. how's the cattle bidness? i heard from my old neighbor that the price of beef on the hoof is going thru the roof. looks like i got out at the wrong time. but the price of land was high. i plan to support the beef industry this fourth. have cut down on my beef consumption as of late but a big steak over a mesquitte fire is a tradition on the fourth at our house. can't wait. i have been doing pretty good lately. thanks to the miracules of modern medicine. about time. anyway have a good one on the fourth. bet i know what's for dinner on the fourth..how about a two pounder?
