So would everyone else, and this would take the stock price back to sub-$15. Keep in mind that the current stock price builds in Intel's previous guidance. If they lower this guidance, then the stock will fall, even if 60-62% is still damned good. I recommend holding if the GMs hold, but I did not say that I would sell if they go below 60%. I would simply not recommend anything at all, and leave it for people to decide for themselves.

Well, *if* Intel projects something lower than 62%, something must have gone really wrong in just the last 2 months.

Based on Q1 (4/13/04), I suggested "it was as though Intel also said that GM in Q3 and Q4 are expected to be higher than 62":
