I haven't posted lately, but I have been watching the conversations go back and forth and so I decided to look from the sidelines and we are picking at "verbage" here...again. First of all, let's look at it from another point of view. BIHC has to file directly with the "government agencies" (I'm being very general- because I don't want this to get any longer than what it takes) correct? And since when has any government/federal agency has been quote-unquote: Timely? -Anyone?-
So yes, we are in need of a serious revaming from top to bottom but until that time arrives, we are stuck with its processes until further notice. BIHC is not an organization that is privvy to sidestep those checks and balances that are placed forth for all companies to follow that are publicly traded companies correct?
So Galo could/can be new to this because from what I have seen, not a lot of people have received a cash and stock divvy. If there are, they seem to be few and far between. If the brokerage companies are posting the same information, then they too would be expecting what Galo has outlined for its shareholders as well. I see where many are refuting dates, and if or if he won't deliver as promised, but no one can dismiss the claim that he has delivered the stock divvy back in 07. Because, that is a fact. So, when he repeats the same dividend again this year, this whole "saga" will be again, proven as a fact. So lets move on people and start looking at the acquistions and future business of BIHC in 2009.
