What if a buyer came in and took out rme shares. That price is fixed with agreement between SPNG and rme around 10 to 12 million. Then with few shares left agrees too much higher price for common shares remaining. The two added together is total investment by a buyer. After rme shares bought back that leaves what like 200 million?
What if that took say around 60 million. Think someone might IMO want to buy them when profits this year can be 7 to 10 million? Whats that 6 times the earnings. Remember the price SPNG pays to retire the rem shares is fixed. The price a buyer would pay for rest of the common is not.
Oh and then watch over next few years as the company goes to say 500 million and 100 million profit? Think the company when it has 20 products, sold in all major stores, Viacom products selling like crazy etc would make money off say a 60 million investment?
This is all speculation IMO but a big investor has opportunity to buy in and make a lot of money for them and us.
