They are selling the pieces. If, when done there is more assets than liabilities then the difference would be distributed to shareholders.

This thing could make many people LOTS of money. I mean, if your buying into this at 5 cents a share, realistically in 5 years this company could/will be back on its feet with a pps of a couple dollars or more....
