I would ah gree it is a bold move to drill Horizontal well . If the well is successful meaning being able to extract 50 or so barrels of oil would be a success.
Obviously much research has been done and the viability of such a drilling deemed practical. Sure there are no guarantees of success, however I can hear those critical of Hemi already, If successful, why did they wait so long. If not successful, They should have known better.
Management has been very careful in identifying that the drilling of a Horizontal well is worth the risk.
