That may be true. However Galo was the one who convinced the other Directors to agree to a Cash Dividend as well as a Stock Dividend. He seems to be very pro shareholder when it comes to issuing dividends. However being pro shareholder in itself could get some pink sheet CEO's fired!

Lets see fire Galo:

1. Stock up over over 1000% of 07 lows. I think even 08 lows. That's based on todays prices. Highs in 08 much more.

2. He closed purchase of Baron in April 08.

3. Baron doing well got Takk contract.

4. Stock way up over 07 prices and shareholders who he paid stock div to in 07 doing very well. Longs have done well since 07.

5. Again Baron doing well making money. I know its only per Galo but assume what he said is true. Expect for doing things by dates he says all else in 07 and 08 was done per what he said.

SO exactly why again do we fire a Ceo who has taken stock price up because he acquired Baron and paid shareholders a stock div?
